Because you will be putting a good deal of time, money, and energy into treatment, you should choose a therapist carefully.  I strongly believe you should feel comfortable with the therapist you choose, and hopeful about the treatment.

In individual therapy I help my clients to explore and understand their core beliefs, feelings, behaviors, and interpersonal interactions. Understanding issues as they come up in the therapeutic relationship, as well as in your outside life, leads to deeper self-awareness and more satisfying way of being. I work with clients to gain greater insight into their true needs and wants so they can make choices that best serve them.

Fees are payable at the time of service by cash, check or credit card.  For those with PPO insurance, I am an out of network provider.  I can call your insurance provider for you to help you determine your mental/behavioral health benefits.
